Workshop Registration Form

If you are interested in attending the LOM 2015 Workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark, please fill out the following form, and press the "Submit" button once you verified your entries. Information will be sent to you as it becomes available, but also check the Workshop's Web site for the latest announcements. We will be posting the names and institutions of those who are attending on the Attendees page.

There is no registration fee per se to attend the workshop, however, we do need to collect fees to cover expenses for coffee and cookies during breaks as well as for the LOM dinner.
