I was born and raised in China. After I got my Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology, I worked as a Instructor at Beijing Institute of Meteorology. In 1989, I came to the U.S and attended FSU in the spring of 1991. Two years later, I earned my Master's degree in Computer Sciensea and then worked at University of Colorado as a computer system adminstrator. Starting from July, 1997, I am working at COAPS, as a computer system administrator.
