The hotel will provide free pick-up from/to the Airport and from/to the FSU campus and COAPS.

Do NOT call the 1-800-RAMADA number or book through web sites. Most importantly, the direct reservation with the hotel helps us to reduce the meeting room costs.

Because of the FSU football games on the weekends before and after the conference, the hotel reservation can only be made for the date between Sunday (Oct 21) and Thursday (Oct. 25, i.e, check out date cannot be later than Friday Oct. 26).
