REGISTRATION

Advance Registration Required: Deadline is October 6, 2007

Participant Fee is $270 for the full conference and includes attendance and refreshments at all sessions, and one banquet ticket.
Single day fee is $100 (not to exceed $270).
Guest tickets for the Banquet are available at an additional cost of $35 per guest.
