This page is an attempt to gather pictures of some GFDI laboratory experiments done by Dr. Ruby Krishnamurti as part of the GFD Lab Lunch and Fluid Experiment series. In Fall 2008 and Spring 2009, Dr. Ruby offered to demonstrate many of the available resources at GFDI for students in Meteorology, Oceanography, and GFD. Most of these experiments were not meant to be done completely meticulously, but rather just a way to experience some classic GFD experiments in a hands-on, fun atmosphere.
